IIM Benguluru
28000 Sqft. Class room and library expansion of the iconic IIM facility at Benguluru. Managed ducting within the limited space to maintain the building architectural features, without compromising the efficacy of the Air-conditioning system. Architect –Mindspace, Bengaluru.
Laxmi Tower
Air conditioning upgradation of the existing 200 TR – 3 Nos. Air Cooled chillers with VRV system for the Laxmi Tower complex at BKC. Old chillers had serious maintenance issues which were replaced with VRV units and AHU coil replacement without a single hour of office time loss.
Takshila Central Plaza and Project Office
12000 sqft of office complex of having extensive glass façade with limited utility space. Design of VRV systems to blend with the architecture, employing long through and passive air distribution technic. Architect – Mindspace, Bengaluru.
